By accessing or using Romantic Rondezvous ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app. 2DPK Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of the App

Romantic Rondezvous is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the app.

3. Account Creation

To use the app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the app, including date ideas and profile pictures, you grant 2DPK Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit or that you have the necessary permissions to submit it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using the app, you agree not to:

• Submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Upload or share content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or networks connected to the app.

6. Termination of Use

2DPK Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

2DPK Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the app, including any errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of content shared via the app. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 2DPK Studios makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app, including but not limited to its reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. User-Generated Content and Profile Images

Romantic Rondezvous allows users to submit and share user-generated content, such as date names, descriptions, and profile pictures. Please be aware that user-generated content (such as date names or descriptions) and profile pictures may contain explicit language or imagery that is not suitable for all ages. 2DPK Studios does not actively monitor, filter, or moderate this content.

By using the app, you acknowledge that:

• User-generated content may include inappropriate or explicit material.
• Profile images uploaded by users may contain explicit images not suited for all ages.
• 2DPK Studios is not responsible for the content shared by other users and does not guarantee the appropriateness or accuracy of user-submitted content.

If you encounter content that you believe violates any terms or conditions, you may report it, and we will review the submission. However, we do not guarantee that action will be taken or that we will be able to monitor all content.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the app. You are responsible for reviewing the new Terms and continuing to use the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.
