1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Instant IEQ ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2DPK Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the App

Instant IEQ is a document creation tool designed to help users create, manage, preview, and export Estimates, Quotes, and Invoices. All data is stored locally on the user’s device.

3. Use of the App

You may use the app for personal or business purposes. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Data Storage and Responsibility

All information entered into Instant IEQ—including client details, documents, line items, images, and custom styles—is stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you enter
• Backing up your data
• Protecting access to your device

2DPK Studios is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, operating system changes, app uninstallation, or user error.

5. Images and Custom Content

The app allows you to upload images such as company logos or background images for custom document styles. These images are stored locally and used only for document previews and exports.

You represent that you own or have permission to use any images you upload.

6. Exporting and Sharing Documents

The app allows you to export documents as PDFs or prepare emails using third-party email applications installed on your device.

Any sharing of documents is initiated entirely by you. 2DPK Studios does not transmit, store, or monitor exported documents.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Misrepresent documents as legally binding when they are not
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 2DPK Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2DPK Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.

10. Changes to the App

2DPK Studios reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
