1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RevLens ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2DPK Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the App

RevLens is a mobile app designed to help app publishers view and understand AdMob earnings, app performance, report data, payout information, scheduled report notifications, and home screen widgets.

RevLens connects to supported Google services only after you choose to sign in and grant the required permissions.

3. Use of the App

You may use RevLens for personal or business purposes. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access any Google, AdMob, AdSense, or related account information connected to the app.

4. Google Account and AdMob Access

RevLens may use Google Sign-In and Google APIs to retrieve account, publisher, reporting, earnings, app, ad unit, country, and payout-related information from supported Google services.

You authorize RevLens to access this information only for the purpose of displaying it within the app, widgets, and notifications you enable. You may revoke access through your Google account settings at any time.

5. Accuracy of Data

RevLens displays information received from Google services and locally cached app data. Earnings, payout information, impressions, requests, eCPM, match rate, and other metrics may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, unavailable, or different from final values shown directly in Google AdMob, Google AdSense, or other official Google dashboards.

RevLens is provided as an informational tool only. It should not be relied on as the sole source for accounting, tax preparation, financial reporting, payment decisions, or business decisions.

6. RevLens Pro

RevLens may offer optional paid subscription features under the name RevLens Pro. Pro features may include advanced reports, historical comparisons, app, ad-unit, and country report views, payout visibility, scheduled report checks, home screen widgets, and removal of ads while the subscription is active.

RevLens Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and payment methods are handled by Google Play and shown in the Google Play purchase flow.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals but may not immediately remove access for the remainder of the current billing period, depending on Google Play’s subscription rules.

7. Ads and Rewarded Previews

RevLens may show ads to users who are not subscribed to RevLens Pro. Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, app open ads, or rewarded video ads.

RevLens may allow users to watch a rewarded video ad to temporarily preview certain RevLens Pro features. Rewarded previews are promotional, temporary, and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.

8. Notifications and Widgets

If you enable scheduled notifications, RevLens may periodically refresh your AdMob data and send report summaries to your device.

If you add a RevLens widget, the widget may display earnings or report data on your device home screen. Anyone with access to your device screen may be able to view widget content.

Notifications and widgets depend on device settings, Android system behavior, network access, Google service availability, account authorization, and active RevLens Pro status where required. Delivery timing and refresh behavior are not guaranteed.

9. Local Storage and Cached Data

RevLens may store settings, connected account identifiers, cached report data, widget preferences, notification preferences, and subscription status locally on your device to provide app functionality and improve loading speed.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for removing locally stored information if you no longer want it available on that device.

10. Third-Party Services

RevLens relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google APIs, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads. Your use of these services may also be subject to Google’s terms, policies, and privacy practices.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access Google, AdMob, AdSense, or publisher data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, modify, tamper with, or disrupt the app
• Attempt to bypass RevLens Pro subscription checks or ad-supported access limits
• Use automated tools to abuse refresh behavior, ads, billing, APIs, or notifications
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms

12. Availability and Changes to the App

2DPK Studios may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of RevLens at any time without notice. Features may change based on technical limitations, Google API availability, policy requirements, billing availability, or product decisions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

RevLens is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 2DPK Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2DPK Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use RevLens, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, incorrect report data, delayed notifications, missed payments, or subscription issues handled by Google Play.

15. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying important revenue, payout, tax, accounting, and business information directly through official Google dashboards or other authoritative sources before relying on that information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
